Max Ban is the Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer of HR Networks Inc., and nineteen years of experience at the most senior level searches in Korea.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ban has broken new ground in the Executive Search industry. He dedicated himself not only to developing Account Management Programs but also to providing clients with highly efficient integrated services featured as Management Assessment, Web-enabled candidate management, and Board Services.
Mr. Ban has completed numerous key cross-border searches for major world class companies and successfully enhanced strategic relationships with clients.
As to mention his previous experience, he served as Senior Consultant of Stanton Chase International (U.S. Based Multinational Executive Search Firm), where he specialized in senior level search assignments.
Before moving into Search, he served as Regional Manager of Tyco International Ltd. (U.S. based world's leading manufacturing and service provider in Electronics, Fire & Security, Healthcare, and Engineered Products and Services) for several years where he handled the business procedures including Sales, Marketing, Business Development and M&A.
Prior to Tyco International, he directed Sales of United States Surgical Corporation for 5 years.
Before setup the HR Networks Inc., he served as CEO of a major Search Organization.
